The youth leaders of the 5 Phat Days Holiday Programme team were nominated by Rouruina Toa, Centre Manager of the Glenview Community Centre. This holiday programme aims to provide a safe and stimulating programme catering for children’s different ages, gender and cultural background while attempting to encompass individual needs and interests.For the 5 Phat Days Holiday Programme to be successful, it relies on volunteers to ensure both the programme philosophy and mission statements are met.

The volunteers are made up of a team of approx. 20 young people, aged from 15-25 years.These youth leaders also commit to attending trainings, holiday programmes and community events throughout the year.The Glenview Community Centre acknowledges the hard work that these youth leaders do and states “in our eyes, they are our stars”.
