Trustee Tinder Te Awamutu

19th November 5.30pm -7.30pm

After two successful Trustee Tinder events in Hamilton, we’re taking it on the road and bringing it to Te Awamutu! This time, we’re connecting organisations from Te Awamutu, Pirongia and Kihikihi with people in the local community who are interested in putting their skills and experience to use in governance roles.

If you’re looking for new volunteers for your Board or Committee, this event is for you. Trustee Tinder is a fun, welcoming, speed-dating style networking event where organisations and potential trustees can meet, chat and see if there’s a good fit.

It’s your chance to have real, meaningful conversations, share the kaupapa of your organisation and the mahi you do, and talk about the skills, experience and perspectives you’re looking for around your Board table.

It’s a relaxed way to meet potential trustees, talk about your organisation and discover the skills and perspectives they could bring to your governance team.

The event is hosted by Volunteering Waikato, Te Awamutu Business Chamber and Arvida.

Location: Waipā District Council, 101 Bank Street, Te Awamutu
