Project Overview
We have developed goal-setting forms using the Formidable Forms WordPress plugin. These forms collect specific information that needs to be stored in Salesforce.

All required fields already exist in Salesforce. Formidable Forms confirms that integrating form submissions with Salesforce is possible. However, we do not have the technical expertise or backend knowledge of Formidable to complete this integration ourselves.

We need a volunteer with experience in Formidable Forms and Salesforce integration to help us connect the two systems effectively.

Scope of the work

  • Configure Formidable Forms to send submitted data directly to Salesforce
  • Map existing form fields to the correct Salesforce fields
  • Ensure secure and reliable data transfer
  • Test the integration to confirm accuracy and functionality

Project Outcomes

  • Automatic transfer of data from the existing goal-setting forms into Salesforce
  • Accurate field mapping between Formidable and Salesforce
  • A fully functioning integration that eliminates the need for manual data entry

What success would look like for this project

  • Data submitted through the goal-setting forms is automatically entered into Salesforce
  • All mapped fields are transferring correctly
  • We can generate reports in Salesforce using the submitted data
  • Manual data entry is no longer required

This guide describes how form submissions can be connected to Salesforce using the available integration options. We are looking for support in interpreting this documentation and implementing the integration correctly.

Requirements:

This is a specialist role. We are looking for someone with direct experience using Formidable Forms, particularly in configuring integrations. This is not a general “tech-savvy” or learn-on-the-job opportunity.

  • Have hands-on experience working with Formidable Forms
  • Understand how to configure form integrations and field mappings
  • Ideally have experience connecting Formidable Forms with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Be confident working with WordPress in a live environment

We are specifically seeking someone who can confidently implement the integration without needing to learn the platform from scratch.

Time commitment:

  • We anticipate this project will require approximately 4 hours per week over a 6-week period.
  • We are flexible regarding how these hours are scheduled, but we would appreciate consistent weekly availability to maintain project momentum and ensure timely completion.
