Hope Rising Farm empowers vulnerable students, young people and women through horse-assisted wellbeing programmes that build confidence, resilience and life skills. Serving the Ngāruawāhia, Taupiri and Huntly communities, we provide a safe, supportive environment where people can grow in hope and create positive change in their lives.

Got a few days to spare during the week?
Maybe you are semi-retired or retired?
We’re looking for a practical volunteer to help keep Hope Rising Farm safe, tidy and running smoothly.
You’ll assist with a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs, fencing, gates, equipment maintenance and small projects that support our programmes for vulnerable children and women.
You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive team that enjoys a good coffee, a chat, and making a real difference in the local community. The role is based just a few minutes outside Ngāruawāhia, with flexible weekday hours.
