The Rockit Crew is a weekly workshop in Cambridge for young people aged 16-30 with special needs, offering a supportive space for self-expression. Participants enjoy activities like music, dance, socialising, exercises, and life skills development, all while having fun and building confidence. Our aim is to help young people build self-esteem, develop new skills, and make meaningful connections in a welcoming environment.
