About Us:
Efalata Trust supports Pasifika children, young people and adults across the Waikato through education, practical support and community programmes. By helping Efalata Trust modernise its systems, you’ll free up valuable time for staff and volunteers, making it easier to enrol students, deliver programmes and support Pasifika families across the Waikato.

What you’ll be doing;

  • Review and improve our enrolment and registration processes
  • Help digitalise forms and administrative systems
  • Recommend or implement simple online tools to improve efficiency
  • Update and enhance our website
  • Improve the organisation and accessibility of digital information
  • Provide guidance on practical technology solutions for a community organisation

Requirements:

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience with digital systems, administration or process improvement
  • Confidence using online forms and cloud-based tools
  • Website editing or website management experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and communicate clearly
  • An interest in supporting community organisations

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

  • Flexible hours based on your availability
  • Home-based with occasional on site meetings if required
