Help create a warm and welcoming environment for people attending the Ronnie Gardiner Method (RGM) programme.
As a Programme Support Volunteer, you’ll play an important role in helping each session run smoothly. You’ll welcome participants as they arrive, assist them to their seats, serve refreshments after the exercises, and help tidy and pack away once the session has finished. Your friendly presence will help participants feel comfortable, supported and ready to enjoy the programme.
The Ronnie Gardiner Method (RGM) is a structured, multi-sensory programme that uses rhythm, music and movement to support movement, speech and cognitive function. As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to observe the programme in action and learn more about this unique approach while supporting participants throughout their session.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people and has an interest in health, rehabilitation, disability support, aged care or community services. It’s a great opportunity to gain insight into a therapeutic group setting while making a positive difference in your community.
No previous experience is required—just a friendly, reliable nature and a willingness to help as part of a supportive team.
