About the Role:
- Attending monthly committee meetings to transcribe meeting discussions
- Track income and expenses and manage the bank account
- Report to the committee and support the Chairperson
- Budgeting
- Organise meetings and prepare and set agenda as well as take and distribute minutes
- Keep membership lists up to date
- Handle communications – emails
- Record keeping and receipts
- Compliance and reporting
- Process invoices and reimbursements
