A Little Help for a Big Cause
Our Largest Hospice retail shop in Frankton needs a quick refresh — and we’re looking for as many hands-on helpers to jump in for a one-off project.

If you’re someone who wants to volunteer but can’t commit long-term, this is your moment.

  • We’re after as many people as possible to help us:
  • Taking down wall fixtures
  • Painting
  • Assembling wall fixtures and attaching to the wall
  • Moving furniture / bric a brac
  • Setting things back up, ready for opening
  • That’s it — practical, and meaningful.
    We are needing support from Monday 15th June through to Friday 26th June. We are happy to work with whatever times you may have available (half a day, one full day or multiple days), we are flexible.

If this sounds like you (or almost like you!), give us a call. Just a few hours of your time will help keep Hospice carefree and accessible for families across the Waikato.

Requirements:

  • Fun, hardworking people who are keen to help a very worthwhile cause
  • Comfortable using basic tools (or happy to give it a go!)
  • Able to lift light items and move around the space
  • No special skills needed — just a good attitude and willingness to pitch in
  • Ideal for friends, couples, or a small team who enjoy getting stuck in and seeing instant results

Time commitment:

  • Any assistance would be appreciated
  • Flexible based on your availability
  • Come for a full day or just a few hours — every bit helps!
