  • Updating volunteer records and referral outcomes.
  • Liaising with the Hamilton Equitherapy team regarding suitable candidates.

The role is primarily home-based and flexible, with the time commitment depending on the number of referrals received.

While most of the role can be done remotely, we ask that you visit the facility from time to time to see our programmes in action and gain a better understanding of the volunteer opportunities available. • Willing to learn about Hamilton Equitherapy and the volunteer opportunities available.
  • Able to visit the facility occasionally to gain an understanding of the programmes and volunteer roles.
  • Previous volunteer coordination, administration, customer service, or people-focused experience is helpful but not essential.

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

  • Flexible, home-based role.
  • Time commitment varies depending on the number of volunteer enquiries received.
